The Indira Gandhi National University (IGNOU) has released the tentative date sheet for the Term End Examinations (TEE) for December 2021. Those candidates who will be appearing for the upcoming TEE can check the date sheet from the official IGNOU website – ignou.ac.in. The website mentions that this is only the tentative date sheet. The exact date sheet will be announced later on.
Further, the portal for submitting the examination forms for TEE December, 2021 examinations will be opened in due course of time. To download the tentative date sheet, follow the steps given below.
Step 1- Visit the official website of IGNOU- ignou.ac.in
Step 2- Scroll down and click on the link that reads ‘Tentative Date Sheet for Conduct of December 2021 Term-End Examinations’ on the right-hand side of the screen
Step 3- Now, go to the ‘Click Here for Tentative Datesheet’ link and click on it
Step 4- The tentative date sheet will be displayed
Step 5- Download the same and read it carefully.
According to the date sheet, the exams TEE examinations will commence on January 20, 2022, and end on February 22, 2022. The general conditions for filling the online examination form state that the registration for the courses is valid and not time-barred. Further, as per the provision of the programme, the required number of assignments in the courses should have been submitted by the due dates wherever applicable. Lastly, the candidate must have completed the minimum time to pursue the courses as per the programme’s provision.
The date sheet also lists the programmes and courses for which the question papers will be set in the objective-type (MCQ) pattern. In cases there is a clash of exam dates or sessions, then it won’t be considered in certain cases. These cases are:
#1. If the courses are from the same group, i.e. Group 1 to Group 6 since the examination of courses in a particular group is conducted on the same date and time.
#2. In case the courses are backlog courses.
#3. If the courses belong to different programmes.
#4. Lastly, if the courses are from different specializations in the MP programmes.
However, the students have been asked to report any discrepancy other than the conditions mentioned above. The discrepancies have to be submitted in a tabular format with proper mentioning of the serial number, enrolment number, programme and course codes where the date and session are the same.
