Shortlisted candidates are appointed for the post of Associate (Finance), Associate (Accounts), Associate (IT). Candidates who are recruited receive Rs.60,000/- per month salary. The company also gives the annual increment of Rs.6,000 per annum, based on the performance level of the candidate.
To apply for the designation of Associate (Finance), candidates must have B.E/B.Tech in Electronics plus an MBA in Finance or Operations Management. A degree in BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology/MCA is required for the post of Associate (IT). Those who wish to apply for Associate (Accounts) must have done Chartered Accountant and know about GST and Audit. The educational qualification of the candidates should be on full-time basis, those with a part-time degree or the correspondence course are not eligible to apply. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of one year of work experience in the relevant field. Work experience should be acquired after the completion of educational/professional qualification. Candidates age should not be more than 28 years as on June 15, 2020.

Aspirants who fulfil the eligibility criteria are invited for the interview round. IFCI conducts the interview round in New Delhi. Aspirants are required to carry self-attested copies of their 10th Standard Mark sheet, 12th Standard Mark sheet, Graduation Mark Sheet, Post-Graduation Mark Sheet, CA Certificate. No Travel allowance is provided to candidates. The selected candidates have to join the services within the 15 days from the date of receiving the appointment letter.
