The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will be conducting the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) on November 13, 2021. Admit cards for the entrance test have already been released on the official website icsi.edu. Candidates should download the admit cards that come along with the necessary instructions. The entrance examination is going to be conducted via remote proctored mode because of the COVID-19 situation in the country.
However, to familiarize the candidates with the remote proctoring process, the Institute will be conducting a mock test that will be held for 1 hour on November 09, 2021. In this regard, appearing for the mock test is compulsory as it is important and useful for the candidates. Needless to say, it will be in the best interest of the candidates.
Now, to appear for the mock test, candidates have to log in 30 minutes before the stipulated time. Information such as the batch timings, user ID, and password for the mock test has already been communicated via email and SMS to the candidates separately. As of now, every candidate should mandatorily download the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) in advance on their laptop or desktop from which they will be appearing for the ICSI CSEET 2021 mock test.

Step 2- Now, enter the CSEET registration number, date of birth and click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 3- Click on the ‘Download SEB’ button

On the main examination day, candidates should log in at least 30 minutes before the time of commencement of the ICSI CSEET 2021 exam. Taking note of the fact that the examination will be conducted in a remote proctored mode, the Viva Voce portion of the test has been removed. The test will comprise a total of 140 questions carrying 200 marks. These questions will cover topics from Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, along with Current Affairs and Presentation & Communication Skills. Total duration of 120 minutes will be given to the candidates.
Candidates will not have to visit any test centre and therefore, they can appear for the test through their laptop or desktop. Nonetheless, they will not be allowed to appear for the CSEET 2021 exam through smartphones or tablets. They have to pass the ICSI CSEET 2021 examination to register for the Executive Programme of Company Secretary Course.
