Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is going to conduct the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2021 on May 08, 2021. The examination shall be conducted through remote proctored mode. ISCI issued a public notice on Friday, April 23, 2021, announcing the exam date on the official website icsi.edu. The decision was taken due to the COVID-19 precautions and restrictions imposed by the central and respective state governments. CSEET 2021 admit card shall be issued ten days prior to the examination.
ICSI shall issue the CSEET 2021 admit cards on the official website icsi.edu ten days prior to the examination. Candidates must take a printout of their to admit cards as soon as they are issued. They are also instructed to check all the instructions and details mentioned in the document. These details include the candidate’s name, photograph, signature, admission number, exam date and time, etc.
In case of any discrepancy present in the admit card, candidates are requested to inform the same via email to the authorities on their official email ID, which is [email protected]. They can also do so using the support portal support.icsi.edu.
CSEET 2021 is going to be scheduled on May 08, 2021, through the remote proctored format rather than at allotted test centres. Candidates can appear for the test through their own laptop or desktop present at home or any other desired place. However, candidates shall not be able to take the test through their smartphone, tablet or any other such devices.
To appear for the remote proctored CSEET 2021 exam, candidates have to download the safe exam browser called “SEBLite” on their device. This link shall be soon made available by ICSI. All candidates shall be monitored at all times by the assigned supervisor as done during a normal examination at the allotted centre.
At the time of the CSEET 2021 exam, aspirants must have certain documents with them for the verification process. These documents include admit card and original identity card. This card can comprise of Passport, Driving License, UID Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc. Any other document shall not be permitted at the time of examination. Study material, notes, books, mobile phones, calculators, smartwatch, health band, etc are also strictly prohibited. Furthermore, no person other than the registered candidate shall be permitted to appear for the test.
Candidates appearing for the entrance exam are required to log in to the test portal 30 minutes prior to the actual exam time. No candidates shall be permitted to log in 15 minutes after the commencement of the CSEET 2021 exam. Furthermore, no candidate shall be allowed to complete the test within 90 minutes of the total 120 minutes duration of the test.
