ICSE (Class 10th) Hindi Paper lengthy But Scoring

Council For The Indian School School Certificate (CISCE) examinations are going on. Previous day ICSE (class 10th) students have appeared for Hindi examination. As per the reviews shared by the students and the teachers the level of the paper was easy but at the same time, the question paper was set lengthy. So, the students are satisfied with the questions came in the board exam but many of the students not able to attempt all the questions of the paper. This puts the students in a dilemma of how much they will score in the exams.

ICSE examinations have started from February 22 and will continue till March 25. The examination timings are either from 9:00 am or 11:00 am. On February 26, Hindi paper was scheduled. The examination is 3 hours duration started from 11:00 am.

After the Hindi exam paper, there were mixed reactions of the students and the teachers. According to students experienced shared the paper was easy but quite lengthy. As Hindi is a subject which consists of the questions quite long. So, students find difficult to manage the time while attempting the questions.

Some students able to complete their question paper on time but they didn’t get time to revise once. While there are some students who not able to attempt all the questions in the paper and find the paper a bit tricky.

Manavi Kaur student from Strawberry Feilds High School (SFHS) said that due to the lack of time she not able to attempt one question of 5 marks. While another student Stephen Madan said that he able to complete his paper on time but the paper was lengthy and highly scoring.

Vidhisha Agarwal shared her experience on Quora platform and said ” It went about fairly well. I found the letter topics a bit difficult. Essay topics were easy and scoring. Some tricky questions were asked in Sahitya Sagar – kahaniyan. Grammar was easy but the first question in do as directed was unexpected. Paper was lengthy. Overall, it was fine but I cannot predict my marks as it solely depends on the examiner correcting my paper “.

Not only the students but there are many teachers who agreed with this that the paper was lengthy but at the same time highly scoring. Nothing came out of the syllabus and most of the questions have already covered in the pre-boards. The shining faces of the students coming out from the examination hall increase the confidence of the teachers that the students will pass in Hindi exam with flying colors.

Likewise Hindi, CISCE students of ICSE and ISC found the English Literature and language paper quite easy unexpectedly but lengthy.

All The Best To All for the rest of the exams!

Paper was not at all lengthy … Students must have written unnecessarily

Hindi has become a favourite language among student keralites. Though it is difficult to score with, children used to undertaking it. Kindly send some ideas to them
