Council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) conducted an important paper for ICSE Class 10 students today, May 17, 2022. Exam was held for Biology subject for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes i.e., from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. The paper comprised a mix of objective and subjective questions, based on the bifurcated syllabus published by the board.
Unlike semester 1 which was entirely objective, the ICSE Biology Semester 2 paper contained multiple-choice questions (MCQs) along with short- and long-answer type questions. So, students may have a tough time determining their tentative marks in today’s paper.
ICSE Biology Semester 2 Answer Key 2022
CISCE is expected to release the official ICSE Biology answer key 2022 on the official website cisce.org, in the next few days. However, an exact date or time has not been disclosed. In the meantime however, students can resort to unofficial answer keys uploaded online by subject-experts and reputed coaching institutes.

ICSE Biology 2022 Semester 2 Format
According to the ICSE Class 10 Biology semester 2 specimen paper, today’s exam comprised two sections – Section A and Section B. While section A covered MCQs worth 1 mark each, section B comprised of 2-mark and 3-mark questions. While all questions in part A were compulsory, students had to attempt any 3 from part B.
After today’s ICSE Class 10 Biology semester 2 paper, the next exam is scheduled on Thursday, May 19, 2022. Exam will be held for subjects like Cookery, Drama, German, Hindustani Music, Carnatic Music, Commercial Applications, Computer Applications, Home Science, Hospitality Management, Indian Dance, Mass Media & Communications, Physical Education, Spanish, Western Music, Yoga Technical Drawing Applications, Economic Applications, Environmental Applications, Fashion Designing and French.
