The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) is inviting applications for admitting students to various undergraduate courses like B.E., B. Tech., B. Pharmacy and B. Arch. Through this centralized online off-campus counselling, candidates will be eligible to seek admission in government institutes, government universities departments and self-financing institutes in Haryana.
The first online counselling for B.E. and B. Tech courses for categories as per Haryana Reservation Policy via onlinetesthry.gov.in will start from September 17, 2021 onwards. Similarly, students from Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) categories can start applying from September 03, 2021 till September 15, 2021. Note that the basis for admission for these two counselling schedules will be the All India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main 2021.
Application process for Kashmiri Migrants (KM) and Haryana Govt. School Toppers has already started on August 04, 2021. The last date for the same is September 01, 2021. These students will be admitted based on their inter-se-merit of 10+2 marks. The merit declaration is scheduled to be held on September 06, 2021. To be eligible for B.E./B.Tech course, students must have passed 10+2 (Non-medical) with 45% marks. However, for a candidate belonging to the reserved category, the marks is 40%.
It must be noted that Kashmiri migrants must have the original migration certificate duly signed by the Relief Commissioner or the concerned authority. Similarly, students applying for the tuition fee waiver have to produce the income certificate issued by the competent authority. They have to fill the application form on onlinetesthry.gov.in based on the JEE Main 2021 roll number. EWS category candidates also have to produce EWS Income and Asset Certificate.
Counselling procedure for lateral entry B.E./B.Tech course has already started on August 20, 2021 and will continue till September 20, 2021. This schedule is applicable for all categories as per Haryana Reservation Policy, KM, TFW and EWS. Admission will be based on inter-se-merit of diploma marks. Merit declaration will be held on September 27, 2021.
The last date for applying to 4-year B. Pharmacy is August 31, 2021 while the merit declaration will take place on September 07, 2021. For lateral entry to B. Pharmacy, the last date for applying online is September 01, 2021 and merit declaration will take place on September 08, 2021. Candidates can start applying for 5-year B. Arch. course from September 01, 2021 till September 20, 2021. Merit declaration for the same will be held on September 27, 2021. To participate in the counselling process after merit is declared, candidates have to pay a counselling fee of Rs 500. The off-campus counselling will be held on techadmissionshry.gov.in.
