The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the results for the class 12 term 1 board examinations today, i.e. February 08, 2022. HPBOSE has successfully conducted the examinations in November and December, 2021. Students who have appeared for the board exams can now check the same from the official website – hpbose.org. Initially, the results were supposed to be out by the third week of January, 2022 but the same got delayed due to some reasons.
How to check?
Initially, it was speculated that the results would be out yesterday. However, it got delayed due to some unknown reasons. To know how to download the results, here are the steps that one can follow.
Step 1- Go to the official website of HPBOSE at hpbose.org
Step 2- On the top of the page, click on the arrow beside ‘Student Corner’
Step 3- Now, click on ‘Results’ after which a new page will open
Step 4- Select the link that reads ’12th Regular 1st Term Theory Examinations, November-2021′
Step 5- Enter the required login credentials like roll number
Step 6- Click on the ‘Search’ button and download the mark sheets

Earlier, the HPBOSE Chairman Suresh Kumar Soni has stated that the Board was in the process of finalizing the results. However, the same has been rechecked just to ensure that there is no mistake while publishing the final results. Reportedly, the results were supposed to be out by 5 PM.
The class 10 exams of HPBOSE were conducted from November 20, 2021 to December 03, 2021 while the exams for class 12 were held from November 18 to December 09, 2021. In case any student is not satisfied with their result, then they can opt for rechecking or revaluation. Reportedly, a duration of 10 to 15 days will be given for the same. A review panel will be set up which is going to evaluate the answer scripts of the students.
After proper rechecking, the students who have raised objections are going to get the final results. According to sources, the students are required to secure at least 33% marks in each subject to pass the class 10 and 12 board exams. Students are also provided with the facility to check the results via SMS. The HPBOSE term 2 exams are expected to be held between March and April, 2022.
