Hindustan College of Arts and Science (HICAS) Result 2018 Announced

The Hindustan College of Arts and Science (HICAS) has announced the result for UG/ PG Autonomous Examination for March/April 2018. The result has been published online today, i.e., April 26, 2018. The candidates can check their result for UG/ PG Autonomous Examination at its official website, hindusthan.net.

The UG courses for which the result has been announced are, B.Com, B.Com (Computer Applications), B.Com(Corporate Secretaryship), B.Com (Information Technology), B.Com (Professional Accounting), B.Com (International Business), B.Com (Accounting & Finance), B.Com (Banking & Insurance), BA (English Literature), BBA, BBA (Computer Applications), BCA, B.Sc(Computer Science), B.Sc (Information Technology), B.Sc (Computer Technology), B.Sc. Maths (Computer Applications), B.Sc (Mathematics), B.Sc.(Bio-Technology), B.Sc.(Microbiology), B.Sc. Catering Science & Hotel Management, B.Sc.(Costume Design & Fashion), B.Sc (Visual Communication), B.Sc (Electronics & Communication System).

The PG courses for the result has been announced are, M.Com (International Business), M.Com(Computer Applications), M.S.W., M.A. (English Literature), M.Sc.(Computer Science), M.Sc.(Information Technology), M.Sc.(Biotechnology), M.Sc.(Microbiology), M.Sc. (Visual Communication), M.Sc (Electronics and Communication Systems), M.Sc. (Mathematics), M.Sc. (Costume Design and Fashion), MTHM (Master of Tourism and Hospitality Management), MCA, MBA.

To check the result, the candidates should visit the official website at hindusthan.net. On the homepage, on the top of the page, click on the link for “UG/ PG Autonomous Examination for March/April 2018 Result“. After that click on the course for which the candidate wants to check their result. Then enter details like Register Number and Password. Click on Submit button.

The candidates who have check their result should also take a print out of the Statement of Marks. The statement of marks will consist of the details such as Name of the candidate, Register number, Program & Branch of study, Month & Year of the exam, Sem, Subcode, Subject name, Maximum Marks, Marks Obtained in External Examination and Internal Examination and Result Status.

If in the result status, it is written RE-APP, it means Reappear. However, candidates can apply for re-evaluation until May 05, 2018. Any request for re-evaluation submitted after the last date will not be accepted.

The Hindusthan College of Arts & Science was started in the year 1998 with 300 students with 20 faculty members. Now the college has grown to 250 teaching staffs with a total of 7400 students. The HICAS offers 23 UG Programmes and 15 PG Programmes, 3 Diploma Programmes and 10 Research Departments organising M.Phil and Ph.D Programmes.

Apart from academic curriculum, equal importance is given to providing value based education and to bring out the hidden potential in students that equip them to approach life with optimism.

The College has recently received an international recognition from MAC Singapore, the ‘Le Platina Royce Award’, for the world-class brand status. Also, the HR Club, Mumbai awarded our Institution as the “Best Institution in TamilNadu” for the Campus to Corporate Employability Programme. Major Companies like CTS, Infosys, TCS, WIPRO, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, HP, DELL, Payoda, Infoview, MuSigma, FORD etc… are tied up with the Institutions for the necessary recruitment process.
