Gupta Kartikey Chandresh Topped JEE Advanced 2019; Result Link Not Working

IIT Roorkee has declared the JEE Advanced 2019 Result around 10:15 AM on June 14, 2019, today. However, the link is seen to be not working. Soon after at another link was activated over the website to check the JEE Advanced 2019 Result. However, the new link didn’t work either. However, the notice regarding the result is out and Gupta Kartikey Chandresh has topped JEE Advanced 2019 with 346 marks out of 372 marks.

The topper from females is Ms. Shabnam Sahay of Madhapur with 308 marks out of 372. Her rank in the common rank list is 10.

From the Bombay zone, the topper is Gupta Kartikey Chandresh (CRL 1); from Delhi zone the topper is HIMANSHU GAURAV SINGH (CRL 2); from the Guwahati zone the topper is PRADIPTA PARAG BORA (CRL 28); from the Kanpur zone, DHRUV ARORA (CRL 24) has topped the exam; GUDIPATY ANIKET (CRL 29) had topped in the Kharagpur zone; from the Hyderabad zone, the topper is GILLELLA AKASH REDDY (CRL 4) and from the Roorkee zone, JAYESH SINGLA (CRL 17) had topped.

Over the official website of jeeadv.ac.in, the link to check the result was uploaded which was results.jeeadv.ac.in. As the link didn’t work, notice was put by IIT Roorkee stating that “Due to overload the candidates are requested to login after 11:30 AM on result portal.”

Soon after a new link was uploaded which is http://35.244.19.194/. However, the new link is also not working as of now.

This year a total of 161319 candidates appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE (Advanced). A total of 38705 candidates have qualified. Of the total qualified candidates, 5356 are females and the total number of qualified boys are 33349.

The total number of candidates qualified in each category are – General (GE) candidates – 15566 and the GEN-EWS candidates – 3636. The total number of qualified OBC-NCL candidates are 7651 6 and the total number of qualified SC candidates are 8758 7. Lastly, the total number of qualified ST candidates are 3094.

To check the result, the candidates have to visit the official website and click on the links to check the result. On the next open window, the candidates have to enter the required details and the JEE Advanced 2019 Result will be available on the screen.
