The GATE 2022 Aerospace Engineering (AE) examination has been conducted on February 13, 2022 in the afternoon shift. Today was the last day and last shift of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
IIT Kharagpur has held the GATE 2022 exam across India on the February 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th. Besides AE, IIT Kharagpur has conducted the GATE 2022 exam for subjects like Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Chemistry, etc.
While the official answer key will be released on February 21, 2022, until then, the candidates can treat the unofficial answer key as a reference to calculate their score.

The candidates can access them by following the steps given below:

Step 3- A list of videos will appear.
Step 4- Go through the question paper discussion videos to check the answer keys.
It is unlikely for the candidates to find the soft copies of the answer keys now since the examination is held in the CBT mode.

GATE 2022 AE Question paper is uploaded by the conducting IIT online after the exam is over. The paper pattern of Aerospace Engineering Paper is as follows:
The overall paper has 2 sections; General Aptitude and Aerospace Engineering. The total number of questions asked in the paper is 65 and the total marks in the paper is 100.
The section wise pattern of AE paper is given below:
- Section – GA.
Question 1 to 5 carry General Aptitude questions of 1 marks each.
Questions 6 to 10 carry General Aptitude questions of 2 marks each.
- Section – AE.
Question 1 to 25 carry questions from AE of 1 marks each.
Question 26 to 55 carry questions from AE of 2 marks each.
