School Education and Sports Department, Maharashtra has released the revised FYJC 2021-22 FCFS round dates on the official website, 11thadmission.org. As per the revised schedule, now the admission for the candidates eligible till the 7th category will be done till October 18, 2021.
The authorities have notified that the change in the allotment dates is due to the upcoming holidays scheduled in the state. The candidates who have scored marks equivalent to the cut-off marks will be allowed to appear in the counselling round for final admission.
According to the notice released, the admission for candidates who score marks in the range of 350 to 500 i.e. third merit list can apply for admission starting from October 04 to 05, 2021. While the same for admission against the fourth merit list will be from October 06 to 08, 2021. Similar way, the admission against the fifth merit list will be done from October 09 to 11, 2021. Along with this, the admission for candidates who find a name in the sixth merit list will be done from October 12 to 13, 2021. The admission against the last allotment list i.e. seventh is scheduled from October 14 to 18, 2021.
The admission process is very simple and at first, the candidates have to check the junior college assigned to them on the basis of their ranks and scores. After this, they have to register themselves on the assigned dates against the merit list and confirm their admission by logging in with their credentials. Post successful confirmation, they will be allotted date for document verification by the concerned colleges. Therein the competent authorities cross verify the documents submitted and the admission is confirmed after paying the admission fee.
- Duly filled FYJC Online Admission Application Form 2021.
- 3 window envelopes with postal stamps INR 30 affixed
- Mark sheet of SSC (Class X) or equivalent
- SSC School Leaving Certificate
- Address Proof
- At least 10 passport size Photographs.
- Category certificate issued by competent authorities
The School education department, Maharashtra conducts the admission facility for candidates who have qualified for the class 10th exam and aspiring for admission in junior college i.e. class 11th. Although, the state government conducts an entrance test annually to choose eligible candidates. However, this year citing the pandemic, the entrance test has been cancelled and the allotment list has been prepared on the basis of marks scored in class 10th exams.
