St. Stephen’s College of the University of Delhi has reopened the application process for the students whose CBSE results were declared on September 29, 2021. A notification, regarding the same, has been put up on the official website – ststephens.edu. Eligible candidates can now register at the UG portal of the college using the registration link. However, note that the portal will remain open till 3 PM of October 03, 2021.
The registration for the applicable candidates further comes with certain conditions. Candidates, who fulfil these conditions can complete the registration process. As per the first condition, the candidate must have applied and also completed the Delhi University (DU) registration form. Secondly, these candidates should not have applied earlier this year on the college’s UG portal – ugadm.ststephens.edu. Thirdly, they must meet the UG 2021 cut-offs as applicable to the programmes of their choice.
Students who have already registered with ugadmission.uod.ac.in will first have to visit ugadm.ststephens.edu. Under the ‘Notifications’ tab, click on the notification for the UG applicants whose results were announced on September 29, 2021. On the page that now opens, click on the registration link written as the name itself. This will take the candidates to the registration page where they have to enter details like name, DU form number, date of birth, mobile number, class 12 roll number, email ID, etc. After that, set a password and confirm the same to click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Before completing the application process, candidates are advised to go through the prospectus that contains the online application procedure along with the necessary documents to upload. The college authority has also uploaded the UG 2021 category-wise cut-offs. The same can be accessed from the notification page that has been uploaded recently. These cut-offs are the minimum eligibility requirement to be called for interviews. The interview schedule will be released on the official website in due time.
The cut-off marks for most of the courses have been prepared based on the best of four subjects of the candidates. The highest cut-offs for all the subjects are as follows: Sanskrit – 69%, Philosophy – 98.75%, History – 98%, BA Programme – 99%, English – 99%, Economics – 99.5%, Mathematics – 98.5%, Physics – 97.66% and Chemistry – 96.33%. For the B.Sc. programmes, the highest cut-offs are for Computer Science – 97% and Chemistry – 95.33%.
