Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released the admit cards for post code 19/15, and 21/18 for computer based tests scheduled to be held on October 10 and 11. DSSSB admit card 2019 is available for download at dsssb.delhi.gov.in. Candidates need to login with application number and date of birth to get their hall tickets.
Post code 19/15 is for Junior Clerk posts, that was advertised in advertisement number 01/15. Whereas post code 21/18 is for Stenographer post, notified through advt 02/18.
Candidates who had applied for junior clerk post code 19/15, and stenographer post code 21/18 can now download their admit cards by visiting dsssb.delhi.gov.in. On the main page, click the link with text “download admit card for online cbt exam 10th, 11th oct 2019 for the post of stenographer gr iii (21/18) and jr. clerk (19/15)”. This opens the candidate login, where, enter application number and date of birth.
DSSSB 19/15 junior clerk post has 57 vacancies. This includes 30 for unreserved candidates, 15 for OBC, 8 for SC, 4 for ST. Candidates with class 12 pass qualification with a typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on computer were invited to apply. This position will be filled in Delhi Transport Corporation, with a pay scale of Rs 5200- Rs 20200.
There is only a single tier exam for junior clerk vacancy. It will be a 2 hour long paper with 200 multiple choice questions or 200 marks. The paper will have questions divided into five sections – general awareness, general intelligence and reasoning ability, arithmetical & numerical ability, test of hindi language and comprehension, test of english language and comprehension. Each section will be of 40 marks.
Likewise the 21/18 stenographer grade 3 post has 113 vacancies, with 63 for UR, 31 for OBC, 18 for SC, 1 for ST. For this post also the minimum educational qualification required was class 12th pass, with either speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting in english or 80 wpm in shorthand and 35 wpm in typewriting in Hindi.
The single tier exam for steno vacancy is also a 2 hours long exam with 200 questions. In this paper there will be two sections A and B. Section A will have mcqs of 1 mark each from topics namely general awareness, general intelligence and reasoning ability, arithmetical and numerical ability, test of hindi language and comprehension, test of english language and comprehension; each of 20 marks. Section B will have mcqs of one mark each from subject concerned.
For both the tests, there will be negative marking of 0.25 per question.
DSSSB Exam Dates 2019
The exam dates of these post codes – 19/15, 21/18 – were revealed on September 5. It may also be noted that exam for 13/19 (Jr environmental engineer) will be held on October 19. Jr Engineer civil exam is on October 23. DSSSB LDC (51/13) is on October 24 and 25. On October 25, exam is also there for Jr Engineer Electrical.
On October 30, there are tests for 07/17 (field assistant), 07/18 (lab tech), 05/19 (Jr Eng civil). Then on November 1, DSSSB will conduct exams for 65/14 (Jr Auditor LDC), 02/18 Pharmacist. November 4 exam date is for tests of 02/18 (pharmacist), 01/19 (Assistant engineer electrical), 03/19 (jr engineer civil), 05/17 (jr engineer civil).
November 6 is reserved for 87/14 (telephone operator), 12/17 (jr engineer mechanical), 48/15 (jr engineer electrical). Then on November 18 there will be tests for 02/19 (assistant engineer civil), 44/15 (asst engineer civil), 92/14 (veterinary and livestock inspector), 53/15 (chemist). And on November 19, tests will be held for 21/15 (jr telephone operator), and 67/14 (wildlife inspector).
