JBT Result 2019 Announced: Know how to check result, and what to do after D.El.Ed

Haryana JBT Result 2019 has been announced today. The result of D.El.Ed examinations held in July, for 1st and 2nd year fresh as well as re-appearing candidates are out now. 

How to check JBT Result 2019?

All the results and such updates by HBSE are published at the website bseh.org.in. This is where candidates who have appeared in the D.El.Ed exams have to go to check their results. On visiting the page, they have to click enter website link.

On the next page, the home page, the menu appears. Click on results link. This takes to an external website, where all the latest results of Haryana JBT are available. Click on the relevant link to open result login page. There are four different results that have been announced – 1st year fresh exam, 2nd year fresh exam, 1st year re-appear exam, and 2nd year re-appear exam. 

Clicking the results link opens up the login page. Enter either name or roll number to login. 

What after JBT Result 2019?

Students who have completed the first year, will have to join the second year. D.El.Ed is a two year programme. The performance sheets are sent to login ID of institutes, where the forms for re-appear and fail candidates is also provided. 

Re-appear and fail candidates need to fill the Jan 2020 form. The application form will be available on login from October 10 to October 24, without late fee. It will be available from October 25 to October 31, with a late fee of Rs 100.

From November 1 to November 7, late fee applicable is Rs 300. November 8 to November 14 is the last chance to apply, where late fee is Rs 1000. 

What to do after D.El.Ed?

Diploma in Elementary Education is the shortest route to becoming a teacher. A class 12th pass candidates with 50% marks, passed or appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed. is eligible for paper 1 of CTET, to teach classes 1-5. Whereas candidates who have done graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed is eligible for CTET paper 2.

Those who then clear CTET paper 1 become eligible to be a teacher of classes first to fifth. Likewise clearing CTET paper 2 makes them eligible to become teachers of classes sixth to eighth. 

Moreover, it is common to go for B.Ed after D.El.Ed. Those who have passion for studying further also do M.Ed after B.Ed. 

Board of School Education Haryana had conducted examinations from July 2 to July 23. Now, after the results declaration of today, applications are also invited for Jan 2020 exams.
