The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has postponed the DNB PDCET 2022 examination via an official notice. Initially, the examination was scheduled to be held on March 20, 2022, but now, the same has been postponed by nearly four months. As of now, the DNB PDCET 2022 exam is going to take place on July 24, 2022. The information bulletin has not been published yet and will be done in due time. Candidates have been advised to keep an eye on the official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in to access the information bulletin.

About the exam
DNB PDCET 2022 is a ranking examination that is conducted by NBEMS for admission to various post diploma DNB courses. It is held on a computer-based platform. Application forms for the exam have to be submitted online via the official website nbe.edu.in. To be eligible for the exam, the candidate should have passed the final examination that would lead to the award of a postgraduate diploma from the Indian universities.
Exam Pattern
The standard of questions in the DNB PDCET 2022 exam will be at the post-diploma exit examinations. There will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and will be held in a CBT format. It must be noted that there will be a total of 120 questions in the question paper from the concerned specialty. A duration of 02 hours or 120 minutes will be given to solve the question paper. As seen from the table above, there will be a 25% negative marking in the DNB PDCET 2022 examination. While appearing for the examination, candidates will also be given the opportunity to mark any question for review. Due to the numerous procedures on the examination day, candidates must reach the centers at least two hours in advance.
Application Form
Candidates interested to apply for DNB PDCET 2022 have to first complete the registration process on nbe.edu.in. After that, a user ID and password will be generated. Then, they have to proceed towards filling out the application form where fields such as name, parents’ name, gender, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc. have to be filled out.
Scanned copies of documents and images such as photograph, signature, thumb impression, postgraduate diploma qualification certificate, etc. have to be uploaded. After choosing the test city, one has to pay the application fee and take a printout of the filled application form. The unique transaction ID will be printed on the same.
