Directorate of Health Services, Government of the State of Tripura is inviting applications to fill up vacancies for medical and paramedical posts. A detailed recruitment notification is published by the Directorate in this regard at the official website i.e. tripuranrhm.gov.in. As per the detailed recruitment notification, 50 vacancies are available altogether. Applications on plain paper is invited by DHS, Tripura to fill up these posts on a contractual basis. The last date of receipt of applications is July 28, 2020.
The advertised vacancies are equally distributed across the posts of Medical Officers and Staff Nurses. As such, there are 25 openings for the post of Medical Officer and 25 openings for the post of Staff Nurse. Unemployed MBBS doctors and AYUSH doctors and nurses are being invited to apply for the aforementioned posts. The vacancies are under the administrative control of the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of the State of Tripura.
Candidates interested in applying to the aforementioned vacant positions must first ensure that they fulfil the specified minimum eligibility conditions. The minimum conditions of eligibility are indicated in the detailed recruitment notification against each advertised post. In order to apply for the post of Medical Officer, applicants must have an MBBS degree. In addition, candidates holding a BHMS degree or a BAMS degree are also eligible to apply for the post of Medical Officer. Those who are interested to apply for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse must have a GNM Nursing degree. Candidates holding a B.Sc. Nursing degrees are also eligible to apply for the post of Staff Nurse. In addition, valid medical or paramedical registration certificates with the relevant medical or nursing council is also necessary to apply for the posts.
Applicants who are finally selected for recruitment to the aforementioned posts are appointed on a contractual basis. During the contractual employment period, such appointed candidates are entitled to receive honorarium per month. The fixed monthly honorarium that Medical Officers are entitled to receive is Rs 50,000. Staff Nurses are also entitled to receive fixed monthly honorarium as per their designation. The fixed monthly honorarium that candidates appointed to the post of Staff Nurse are entitled to receive is Rs 20000.
Applications must be made in plain paper and addressed to the Director of Health Services, Government of Tripura, Pandit Nehru Complex, Gurkhabasti, PO-Kunjaban, Agartala, West Tripura, Pin-799006. The applications must consist of the information regarding the name and father’s/husband’s name of the applicant, permanent address, correspondence address, contact number & mail address, qualifications, date of birth and age, nationality, religion, registration number, caste specifications, and other qualifications & experience details. Attested copies of relevant supporting documents must also be enclosed along with the applications.
