The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting online applications for the Common University Entrance Test UG (CUET) 2022. Interested candidates can start applying online via the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in. Although the examination date has not been confirmed, the duration is likely to be around the first or second week of July 2022. For the academic year 2022-2023, CUET UG 20222 will be held for admission to undergraduate courses in the central universities.
Important Dates
The online registration process has already begun yesterday and will continue till May 06, (up to 5 PM). Also, the last date for the successful transaction of the fee is May 06, 2022 (up to 11:50 PM). Other than this, no date has been announced as per the official notice. All other important dates will be announced on the official website later. The exam is going to be held in 547 cities within India and 13 cities outside the country.
Fee Details
There will be two slots over which the examination is going to be conducted. The first slot is the morning slot which will be held for a duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes while the second slot or the afternoon slot will have a duration of 3 hours and 45 minutes. The application fee for each slot is the same.

How to apply?
Prior to filling out the CUET 2022 application form, candidates have to complete the registration process via the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in. Once the registration is complete, the application number will be generated which can be used for filling out the application form.
After visiting the website, candidates have to click on the ‘Register’ button on the top-right corner of the page. Then, read the instructions and click on the ‘Proceed’ button. After that, enter personal details, present address, password and preview the entered details. Verify the OTP and then note the application number.
Step 1- Click on the ‘Sign In’ button and enter application number and password to continue with the application form.
Step 2- Fill out personal details, present address, permanent address and other details.
Step 3- Enter educational details and then select the university name and programme.
Step 4- Select test paper and subject for the first and second slot.
Step 5- Select the examination center and then upload relevant documents such as photograph, signature, certificates, etc.
Step 6- Preview the application form and proceed toward payment.
Step 7- Print the confirmation page.
