CBSE is going to end the application form filling for CTET 2021, tomorrow October 19, 2021, till 23:59 pm. The candidates can register themselves on the official website, ctet.nic.in to fill the CTET 2021 application form.
However, the final verification of the CTET application fee can be done by October 21, 2021. Also, candidates can edit their CTET application form with the necessary details from October 22, to October 28, 2021. The CTET exam is scheduled from December 16, 2021, to January 13, 2022, and admit card for the exam is going to be available in December, the first week onwards.
CTET 2021 exam is going to be held at two levels, Paper 1 for Primary (Class 1 to V) and Paper 2 for Upper Primary (Class VI to VIII). Paper 1 is going to have 150 questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Science. Similarly, Paper-II is going to have 150 questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics & Science or Social Science. The candidates will get 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete Paper 1 and 2. Upon successfully qualifying for the exam, candidates will receive a CTET certificate with a validity of a lifetime.

Step 1: Visit the official portal of CTET, ctet.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the apply online link and proceed to fill the CTET application form
Step 3: After filling the form with personal details, academic qualification, valid email id and mobile number etc generate the registration number and
Step 4: Next, upload the candidate’s photograph and signature in the form of a scanned copy and prescribed size limit
Step 5: Pay the application fee relevant for the candidate’s category via any online payment channel and save a copy of the CTET 2021 application form
The CTET application fee for General category candidates willing to apply for a single paper is INR 1000 and INR 500 for SC/ST candidates. However, the candidates who wish to appear for both the papers at the same time have to pay INR 1200 and INR 600 if they belong to unreserved and SC/ST category.
Documents required for CTET application form 2021
The candidates have to keep the following set of documents handy as mentioned below while accessing the CTET 2021 application form:
- Candidate’s valid ID proof
- Class 10th certifcate or birth certificate
- PWD certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Marksheet of qualifying exam
- Valid Email id and mobile number
- Scanned photograph in the size limit 10kb to 100 kb
- Scanned SIgnature in the size limit of 3 kb to 30 kb
