CTET 2018 Official Answer Key Probably Released In Last Dec; Result May Be Announced In Last Jan

In the last month of December 2018, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the official CTET Answer Key 2018. The official answer key for the examination which was held on 09, Dec 2018 will be made available at the official website i.e. ctet.nic.in. Along with the answer, key the board will also display the OMR sheet of the candidates who have appeared in the CTET examination. After releasing final answer key, Result may be declared in the month of January 2018.

Candidates can also take the photocopy of the OMR Sheet by submitting the Rs 500/- to CBSE. The candidates will be able to make the payment via Demand Draft, which should be prepared in favor of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, payable at Delhi. Candidates can make the DD from any Nationalized Bank. If candidates found any discrepancies in CTET Answer Key 2018 then candidates can also send the objection to CBSE. Candidates should submit the objections before or till the last date of submitting the objections.

For each paper i.e. Paper 1, Set I, J, K, L, and Paper 2, Set M, N, O, P separate answer key will be released by the board. Answer Key helps the candidates in predicting the chance of qualifying the examination. Candidates can also estimate their correct scores by following the marking scheme. If the candidate will not follow the marking criteria then he/she will not be able to predict their correct result.

For each correct answer, one marks will be awarded. For each incorrect answer, 0 marks will be awarded which means that there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The examinations duration was of two and a half hour. In both, the paper total 150 questions were asked and the question type was objective.

The CTET Result will be announced within 06 weeks from the exam date. The result will be declared at the official website. The result will contain the name and roll number of qualified candidates.

CTET 2018 cutoff marks are 60%. Candidates who will score 60% minimum marks or more will be considered as qualified candidates and those will be given the Teacher Eligibility Certificate. CTET certificate is valid for a period of 7 years, from the result declaration date.
