Finally, the date of CTET Admit Card 2018 releasing, has been announced. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will issue the admit card on November 22, 2018, on ctet.nic.in. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be held on December 09, 2018, in two shifts. The candidates will able to download the admit card till the date of examination.
The Board will release admit card on its website only, the admit card will not be sent by post. The candidates have to visit the official website and have to provide the application number and password to download it. If any candidate fails to download the CTET Admit card then he/she must contact the CBSE unit along with the copy of the confirmation slip.
If a candidate fails to contact CBSE until November 30, 2018, then CBSE will not be liable for non-issuance of the admit card. After CTET admit card must contain the following details: name of candidates, roll number, exam date, parents name, exam mode, exam conducting body, maximum marks etc.
It is compulsory to carry admit card in the examination, otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to attempt the examination. In addition to this, the candidates have to carry a valid id card (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID Card, Passport) in the examination hall.
The Board has provided the proper bell time for the CTET 2018 Examination, here one thing is quite different. The paper II is scheduled in the morning shift and Paper I is scheduled for the afternoon shift. The time to report in morning shift is 08:00 am, and it is 12:30 pm in the afternoon shift. Each paper will take 02 hours 30 minutes to conclude. The candidates should try to reach the examination center on time, the last entry will be provided till 09:30 am in Paper II (morning shift), And in Paper I the last entry will be provided till 02:00 pm.
The result for CTET examination will be declared within the 06 weeks of examination. The Board will bind up all the procedure to prepare result such as releasing preliminary answer key, objections on the answer and releasing final answer key will be done in this time span.
The Board has declared the minimum qualifying marks for TET, the candidates have to secure minimum 60% to qualify the exam. The qualified candidate will be provided the Eligibility Certificate with the validity of 07 years.
