As the CSIR NET 2022 application process has concluded, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has now opened the application correction window today, January 05, 2022. The correction process will continue for 5 days till January 09, 2022. No further complaints or permission to edit the form will be entertained after the last day of correction. Only those candidates who submit their application during the scheduled period will be able to edit the form. The new application will not be accepted, hence resulting in error.
This is a one-time correction opportunity for all the candidates to make reasonable edits to their respective application form. The CSIR NET 2022 application form process takes place online. All applicants are advised to go through their submitted application form once and rectify it thoroughly. If mistakes are found, make the necessary changes and re-submit the form before January 09, 2022.
Applicants can edit the following entries in their respective CSIR NET 2022 application form: Name of the candidates, Father’s name, Mother’ name, Date of birth, Category, Gender, Nationality, Differently abled category, Applied posts – JRF/ Assistant Professor, Subject opted for exam, Specialization, Address of the candidates, Educational details, Test Center Preference. Applicants must note that any error in their application may lead to error in details printed on their respective CSIR NET 2022 admit card and results.
How to Edit CSIR NET 2022 Application Form?
Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA at csirnet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Search for the “Edit CSIR NET Form” link and click on it.
Step 3: Applicant will get redirected to the login portal. Now login using the registered application number and password.
Step 4: Click on ‘Modify Application’. Now make the necessary changes. Recheck the entire form. Check all the entries carefully.
Step 5: Pay the application form correction fee through UPI, PayTM, and other online modes.
Step 6: Submit the form. The final modification will be displayed in the application form only after the additional fee payment.
NTA also sends email and SMS to candidates regarding form and image correction. CSIR UGC NET exam will be conducted on January 29, February 15 – 18, 2022 respectively. Candidates will get shortlisted for the CSIR UGC NET 2022 exam on the basis of their ability to pass a single MCQ test followed by the interview. Applicants can wait a while for making corrections in their application form as the official website may face loads of traffic and may result in crashing servers. Although the process must be completed before the last date.
