The Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka has activated the link for checking the SSLC 1st PUC marks for all the candidates who have appeared for the examination. The board has taken this decision to end all the worries of the candidates awaiting their PUC results. As per the sources, the Karnataka 2nd PUC Result will also be tentatively out by the 3rd week of July 2021 or by 20th July 2021. The candidates can check their marks by visiting the official portal of SATSPU. If any candidate finds any discrepancy in the result or the mark sheet then they can do this by contacting the PU College Principal by July 12, 2021.
The process of checking the 1st PUC marks is very simple and the candidates need to follow some basic steps. The candidate should begin by visiting the official website of SATSPU i.e. sts.karnataka.gov.in/SATSPU. Thereafter they are required to click on the 10th and IPUC Marks verification icon available on the homepage. Post this, the candidates are required to enter the SATS Number, Student Number, and Enrollment Number and then click on the submit button. The result along with the marks will be available on the next page.
The students who do not know their SATS Number can check out their Transfer Certificate to find the same. The candidates should cross verify and look for any sort of error or discrepancy in the result. If there is any kind of error then upon visiting the PU College the candidates can get it rectified by providing a proper reason and evidence against the error.
The Department of Pre University, under the Karnataka Government, is an independent organization that supervises Primary and Secondary Education in the state. As of now, there are 1202 Government Pre-University colleges, 1936 Unaided Pre-University colleges, 165 bifurcated Pre-University colleges, 637 Aided Pre-University colleges, and 13 Corporation Pre-university colleges. The candidates who complete their class 10th examination will high marks get the opportunity to enroll in a 2 year Pre University Course.
The major domain that is offered by the department is Humanities (Arts), Science & Commerce. At present, the department offers a total of 23 subjects, 11 languages along with 50 combinations in the Pre-University curriculum. If we go by the previous data then in the In 2010-11 session, there were 4,43,185 students in Humanities in I & II PUC while 2,47,421 students in Science in I & II PUC and a total of 2,77,189 students in commerce in I & II PUC.
