The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has issued an official notice in regard to the Civil Judge Recruitment program that was initiated in 2019. CGPSC has announced the commencement of the application process for the Main exam of CGPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2019. The Commission conducted the Preliminary stage exam on May 07, 2019, and the results of the Prelims were declared subsequently. Candidates who were shortlisted in the merit list can now apply for appearing in the Main stage exam. The application process is conducted online at the website only i.e. psc.cg.gov.in. The online application process is starting on June 25, 2020. The last date to apply online is July 04, 2020. In addition, the form correction process is also starting on July 07 and will end on July 08, 2020.

In continuation of recruitment advertisement number 03/2019/Exam/Dated 01/02/2019, CGPSC has now announced the commencement of the application process for the Main stage exam of the 2019 Civil Judge recruitment. The Commission conducts the recruitment to fill up vacancies in relevant judiciary departments of the state. Those who qualified in the Preliminary stage exam of the aforementioned recruitment process can now apply for the Main exam at the official CGPSC website. Since the application process is conducted online, eligible candidates have to go to the website and click on the link to apply for the Main 2019. Thereafter, they are redirected to the registration page, where the online registration and application form can be filled up. After the completion of the form fill up process, candidates can proceed to deposit the application fee for the Mains and conclude the application process.
An application fee of Rs 400 must be deposited online using the modes of debit/credit card or SBI’s internet banking platform. The application fee is subsidized for candidates who belong to the categories of SC/ST, OBC, and PWD. For such candidates, the application fee is Rs 300. While filling up the online application form for the Mains 2019, candidates need to upload a scanned picture and a scanned copy of their signature at the online form. Both of these documents must be available with the candidate in the JPG format and within the maximum file size of 100Kb. The application process is only considered successful when candidates have uploaded the above-mentioned documents correctly in the application form and deposited the application fees. As indicated, candidates are also provided the opportunity to make corrections in specific details of the application form. However, form correction can be done by a candidate only once and a fee of Rs 6/- must be paid online to make the necessary corrections.
Incidentally, the complete scheme and pattern of the Main exam were already announced by the Commission when it released the detailed recruitment advertisement in 2019. The exam consists of a 100 marks paper which candidates have to complete in a duration of 03 hours. The paper of the Main exam is based on the subjects of Framing of issues and writing judgments in Civil & Criminal cases and translation from English to Hindi & Hindi to English. Candidates are advised to go through the relevant advertisements carefully to know all the crucial aspects of the recruitment in intricate detail.
