Cotton Corporation of India Limited is inviting online applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up 95 vacancies through direct recruitment. The PSU under the Ministry of Textiles has published a detailed advertisement in this regard at the official website cotcorp.org.in for posts such as Management Trainee, Jr. Executive and others. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to apply online at the website of CCI as mentioned above. The application process has started today i.e. December 09, 2020. The last date to apply online is January 07, 2021. Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done through a Computer Based test and final document verification.

According to it, there are vacancies for Management Trainee (Marketing) (05), Management Trainee (Accounts) (06), Junior Commercial Executive (50), Junior Assistant (General) (20), and Junior Assistant (Accounts) (14).
The scale of pay for Management Trainee posts is Rs 30000 to Rs 120,000. For the rest of the posts, the scale of pay is Rs 22000 to Rs 90000. Post selection, candidates will be appointed for a probation period of 12 months. It is mandatory for all selected candidates to sign a service bond for serving a minimum of 3 years in the corporation. If a candidate leaves/resigns before this period, they have to compensate 3 months of basic pay to the Corporation.

Interested candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility conditions before applying for the recruitment. All applicants must be Indian nationals within the maximum age of 30 years. The minimum age of the applicants must be 18 years. Relaxations on the upper age limit can only be availed by candidates belonging to special reserved categories.
Candidates holding an MBA in Agri Business Management/Agriculture related MBA can apply for Management Trainee (Marketing) post. Whereas, for the post of Management Trainee (Accounts), a CA/CMA/MBA (Fin)/MMS/M.Com or equivalent PG degree in Commerce is required. Candidates holding a B.Sc. Agriculture qualification with at least 50% marks can apply for the post of Jr. Commercial Executive and Jr. Assistant (General). A B.Com degree with 50% marks is required to apply for the post of Jr. Assistant (Accounts).
Applicants have to deposit a fee of Rs 1500 that includes Rs 1000 as application fee and Rs 500 as intimation charges. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/ESM and PWD categories have to pay only the intimation charge of Rs 500. Candidates must note that the fee can only be paid online using debit card/credit card or internet banking.
