The Term II examination will follow the same pattern as the Term I papers. It will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours for 40 marks. The paper will cover 50 percent of the entire syllabus. The exam will be a descriptive test that consists of short/long answer type questions and case-based questions. The students may refer to the same question papers released on the official website cbseacademic.nic.in for better understanding.
The theory-based board examination has a cumulative weightage of 80 marks. The remaining 20 marks have been allocated for internal assessments. The internal assessments for the 2021-2022 academic year will be based on Periodic tests (restricted to 3 in a year), multiple classroom assessments, portfolio, and student enrichment activities/project work/practical work. The students have to secure 33% in each subject to pass the exam.
