Education Minister, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank is going to announce CBSE 10th, 12th exam date 2021 in a live webinar scheduled to be held today, i.e December 31, 2020, at 6 PM. The webinar will be live on Twitter. In the earlier held webinar, the Education Minister confirmed that the board exams will not start from January-February, hence, now the question is if the examination will be held in March or as everyone has been debating will be postponed to May? All these queries of the students will be answered today in the evening.
Generally, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) starts conducting the class 10th, 12th board exam in March and the practical exams starts from 1st week of February. However, many students and teachers shared their concerns and requested the authorities to postpone the board examination 2021 to May instead of March. The official date sheet for CBSE 10th, 12th can be downloaded from the board’s official website – cbse.nic.in. It is released in the pdf format separately for class 10th and 12th.
To download the date sheet, students need to visit the board’s website. On the homepage of the website, click on the relevant link for checking the CBSE date sheet under the Recent Announcements section. Finally, students can download the pdf on their device and check the exam schedule.
Considering the current pandemic situation, CBSE exam dates 2021 have been decided after consultations with parents, teachers, and students. Speaking to the media, Mr. Pokhriyal said that during these difficult times, a lot of work has been started online, but our goal is to reach the last student. Hence, CBSE 2021 examinations will be conducted in the same manner as the exams are conducted earlier, so we are not considering to conduct the exams online.
Earlier, CBSE released class 10, 12 syllabi after deleting at least 30% of all the subjects from the previous syllabus. The details of the reduced syllabus are available online. Additionally, the board has also released the sample papers based on the reduced syllabus, Hence, students preparing for the exam should take keynote of that.
It is also expected that CBSE admit card 2021 for the upcoming board exams can be downloaded after the release of the CBSE date sheet. The admit card is an important document that must be carried on the day of the exam. Generally, the board releases the admit card online only for Private candidates, whereas, the regular students have to obtain their board exam admit card from their respective schools. However, since the schools are closed, all students may be able to download their admit card by online mode only.
