Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) is going to release the CAT 2021 admit card online at iimcat.ac.in today. The IIM has notified that the candidates will be able to download their admit card on October 27, 2021 at around 5:00 PM. Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 is scheduled to be held on November 28, 2021.
Last year, admit card for CAT exam was issued as per the schedule, hence, it is expected that there shall be no delay in the release of the admit card this year as well. Last year the hall ticket was released exactly at 05:00 PM. However, in the years before it has been observed that the admit card was released at around 1:00 PM. Hence, there are in fact chances that direct link to download CAT admit card 2021 can be activated before 5 pm, around 1 pm as well.
How to download CAT admit card 2021?
Step-1: Go to the official website iimcat.ac.in.
Step-2: Scroll down and click the link Login under the section Registered Candidate Login.
Step-3: On the CAT candidate login page, enter user id and password.

Step-4: On the next page, a pop up will come that says ‘your application form has submitted successfully’. Click close.
Step-5: Now the applicant details page will open up. Here, click ‘Admit Card’ tab.
Step-6: Exam center details, exam date and time will appear on screen, along with a button. Click the button “Admit Card”.
This leads to download the CAT 2021 admit card.
The Common Admission Test will be held pan-India a month from now. Thus, while the exam date will be common to all, candidates will know their examination slots or timings via their admit cards only. Besides that, the reporting time, gate closing time, test city, test center, and google map link of the exam center will also be on the admit card.
While on one hand CAT 2021 happens to be one of the most important MBA entrance exams for 2022 admissions, events of some exams for 2021 admissions are still ongoing – case in point being the MBA CET 2021 results; of this, the results have been delayed due to one court case. It is now reported that court hearing for the same have been delayed to December.
MBA entrance exams are one of the extremely competitive exams in India.
