Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, has published the Odisha Class 12th Result. The students can now check and download the result for the annual HSC Class 10 exams from indiaresults.com and at bseodisha.ac.in.
To check the result candidates have to either use their roll number or name. To avoid any delay in checking the result, the BSE board also provides SMS Result checking facility for candidates. To use the same, candidates need to type OR01 Space Roll Number and send it to 5676750. The Odisha 10th Result will be sent to your mobile number directly.
Additionally, the Odisha School and Mass Education Minister, Sameer Dash, has informed that the students who are not satisfied with the result as per the new evaluation criteria can appear for re examination. The re examination will be held in offline mode. For the offline re examination the application process will start from July 5, 2021.

The pass percentage of students in the annual HSC Class 10 exams this year is 97.89. A total of 5,62,010 candidates have passed out of 5,74,125 who had registered for the examinations. On the other hand, 7703 students have failed in class 10, 4412 students considered absent and the marks of 2256 students have been withheld by their schools.
This year 2656 students have been placed in the A1 category; 22131 students have got the A2 category; 52199 are placed in B1 category; and 94475 students in the B2 category.
As per the new result criteria for Odisha Class 10th, the marksheet has been prepared as per the marks obtained in the class 9th as well as the internal assessment / practical tests held in class 10th. However, 60% weightage has been given to the class 10th marks and 40% to the class 9th performance. In case, the student has not appeared in any practical tests, then the overall aggregate of class 9th has been considered.
According to the grading system of BSE, Odisha, the candidates attaining 60% or more, are said to have passed in first division. However, candidates scoring between 45% to 60%, have cleared the exam in the second division. Any percentage between 33% or 60%, is considered as the third division for students.
Earlier, as per an official tweet by honourable CMO, of Odisha, Mr. Naveen Patnaik, Class 10th examinations were cancelled due to the rise in COVID-19 cases and keeping in view the health and safety of the students. In 2020, more than 78.76% students had cleared the Odisha matriculation exam. Last year, girls excelled yet again with a passing score of 81.98%, while the boys scored 77.8% overall.
