The Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani will be announcing the test center allotment for the candidates who have applied for the BITS admission test (BITSAT 2022) today, i.e. June 14, 2022. As and when the link is activated, candidates can check the exam test centers from the official website – bitsadmission.com. Candidates will also be required to reserve their test date and slot from June 17 to 22, 2022. BITSAT session 1 is going to be conducted from July 02 to 09, 2022 for admission to the integrated first-degree programmes at the BITS Pilani campuses.
How to check the test center allotment?
A total of 62 test centers have been mentioned in the official BITSAT 2022 brochure. Candidates were required to select three preferences out of which they will be allotted only one. To know how to check the test centers, are the steps that can be followed.
Step 1- Go to the official website of BITSAT 2022 at bitsadmission.com
Step 2- Click on the link for checking the test center allotment
Step 3- Enter details like application number and password and click on the ‘Login’ button
Step 4- The exam center will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates appearing for session 1 of BITSAT 2022 must note that the hall tickets with instructions will be released on June 25, 2022 and will be available till the examination date. The same can be downloaded from bitsadmission.com. If any candidate has forgotten their application number and password, they can retrieve the same from the facility available on the official website.
BITSAT 2022 Exam Structure
The examination is going to be for a duration of 3 hours. There will be four parts of the question paper. All questions will follow an objective-type (MCQ) pattern. In total, 130 questions will be asked in the exam. The different parts of the exam are as follows.
- Part I – Physics
- Part II – Chemistry
- Part III – a) English Proficiency b) Logical Reasoning
- Part IV – Mathematics or Biology (for B.Pharm candidates)
As per the marking scheme, 03 marks will be given to every correct answer but 01 mark will be deducted from every incorrect answer. However, no marks will be awarded for questions that are unanswered. The mode of the test is CBT and there will be no time limit for individual parts of the test. The candidate is allowed to go back and change their answers at any time.
