Bihar Board Matric Compartmental Form 2021 Deadline Extended

BSEB announced the Class 10 Matric examination results on April 05, 2021 and the last date to apply for the compartmental exams has been extended to Sunday, April 18, 2021.

Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) took to Twitter on April 17, 2021, to announce the extension of the deadline for the Bihar Board Matric Compartmental Form 2021. The announcement stated that the registration deadline has been extended from April 16, 2021, to Sunday, April 18, 2021. Thus, students shall get an additional two days to register for the examination. The BSEB Class 10 Compartmental exam forms must be filled through the principals of respective schools. they can access the application form on the official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

BSEB Class 10 Compartmental Exam 2021 registration process was scheduled to end on April 16, 2021. However, in the best interest of students, the registration deadline has been extended to April 18, 2021. The same was announced today, April 17, 2021, via BSEB’s official Twitter account.

Board authorities have also provided extra time for candidates to pay their application fee. Accordingly, students wishing to appear for the Class 10 compartmental exam must pay the prescribed fee on or before May 23, 2021. Moreover, all the form-filling formalities must be completed by the respective principal of the candidate’s school.

Recently, BSEB announced the Class 10 board exam 2021 results on the official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. Candidates who could not score the minimum passing marks in the Class 10 exams can appear for the compartmental exams. Moreover, students are permitted to register for a maximum of two subjects excluding English.

To pass the BSEB Class 10 Compartmental Exams, candidates must score a minimum of 30 percent in theory and 40 percent marks in the practical exam. These prerequisites are applicable for all subjects. Bihar Board authorities conduct compartmental exams for candidates who could secure the minimum marks in certain subjects.  

BSEB authorities have also provided a facility to students who expected better marks in their Class 10 Matric examination. Such students can apply for scrutiny of marks in those subjects whose marks were unsatisfactory. To do so, they click on the scrutiny facility available on the official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. Today, April 17, 2021, is the last day to apply for this facility.

Bihar Board authorities declared the Class 10 Matric exam results on April 05, 2021, on the official website. Based on the data shared by the board, a total of 16,54,171 students had appeared for the Class 10 Matric examination in Bihar this year. Out of the total students, 78.17 percent students passed the Class 10 examination.

BSEB has also made certain helpline numbers available for students who are facing difficulties in registering for the Class 10 Compartmental examination. In case of any queries or issues, students are requested to contact 0612-2232074, 2232257 and 2232239.
