Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has changed the BHU UET 2019 exam date for B.A. LLB (Hons.) 5 yrs course from May 12, 2019 to May 16, 2019. Now, this UET with Paper code 137 will be held between 9:00 AM -11:00 AM on May 16, 2019. Also, the candidates must note that the BHU UET 2019 exam slots have been changed for BFA (Theory) course (Code no.180).
Earlier, this exam was scheduled to be conducted on May 16, 2019 in morning shift i.e from 9:00 Am – 10:00 AM. But due to BHU UET for B.A LLB (Hons.) to be conducted in the morning shift, UET 2019 for this course will now be held in the second shift i.e from 3:00 PM – 04:00 PM. Banaras Hindu University conducts a national level entrance test for undergraduate, professional and vocational courses.
This year onward, BHU Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET) is going to be held in both online and offline mode. From February 10, 2019 onward, the application process for BHU UET 2019 has already commenced over bhuonline.in. The last date to apply for various UETs and PETs is March 9, 2019. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and after having read the important instructions can apply accordingly!
Candidates should not be more than 22 years of age and should have passed their qualifying exam with 50% for General category applicants, 45% for OBC and 40% for SCs & ST candidates for B.A. L.L.B Hons Course. Whereas for BFA Course, a candidate having passed their Class 12 from any stream can apply.
Candidates are advised to keep the following things/details ready to apply for BHU UET 2019 application – email id, mobile number, scanned photo, signature, ID proof details and payment details. Based on the details filled in BHU UET 2019 Application form, a candidate is issued an admit card by the Banaras Hindu University in online mode.
BHU is all set to conduct this entrance exam across 45 cities in Computer Based Test and there are 115 cities in Pen – Paper Test in two shifts i.e. in the morning and in the afternoon. Different course entrance will be conducted for a different total marks. Negative marking scheme of -1 mark is applicable, whereas +3 marks for every correct answer shall be awarded. UET 2019 is conducted for UG program admission like BPA, BFA, B.Com, B.A. (Hons.), B.Com (Hons.), B.FA, LL.B (Hons.) etc.
