Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has extended the last date to submit the online applications for BARC Recruitment 2021. As per the official notice, eligible candidates can now submit their applications before February 05, 2021. Candidates with Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for the 60 vacancies. They can access the BARC 2021 application form from recruit.barc.gov.in.
By releasing the extension notice, BARC has provided some additional days to candidates to fill the application form. Due to some technical error, aspirants were unable to submit their forms successfully. Acknowledging the concern, the conducting body has decided to extend the application submission. To access the online application link, visit the official website, recruit.barc.gov.in. It is important to note that only one application is acceptable for one post. While applying, candidates also have to make sure that they pay the requisite application fee. They have to pay Rs. 150/- for the post of Stipendiary Trainee and Rs. 100/- for remaining posts. However, SC/ ST, PWD, Ex-servicemen and women candidates are exempted from the fee submission.
Candidates with B.Sc (Chemistry) can apply for the Stipendiary Trainee (Chemistry). Those who have Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline are eligible for the Stipendiary Trainee Category 1 posts. 12th class candidates can submit their online application for the post of Stipendiary Trainee (Chemical Plant Operator) Category II. Applicants who have passed 10th class can apply for the remaining Stipendiary Trainee Category-II post.
To apply for the post of the technician, candidates should have passed 10th class and possess valid II class Boiler Attendant’s Certificate. Those who have passed 10th class are eligible for Work Assistant post.
Other than the educational qualification, applicants should look into the age limit criteria as well. They must have attained the minimum age of 18 years to apply for all posts. However, the upper age limit is different for each post. For the Stipendiary Trainee Category-I, the maximum age limit is 24 years and 22 years for Stipendiary Trainee Category-II. Candidate’s age should not more than that of 25 years for Technician and 27 years for Work Assistant.
The BARC recruitment 2021 is announced for the Stipendiary Trainees, Technician and Work Assistant. These posts are available under various trades. Aspirants are shortlisted for the post based on the performance in the screening test, skill test/ interview/ advanced test. The shortlisted candidate will be posted in RMP/BARC, Mysuru and Chalakere- Chitradurga District.
