AP POLYCET 2019 Result Announced; Download Rank Card At appolycet.e-pragati.in

On a telephonic conversation with one of the officials, it had previously been confirmed that AP POLYCET 2019 Result is to be announced today, i.e May 09, 2019 after 11 am online. But, the State Board of Technical Education and Training, AP, Vijayawada has declared the result, already. Candidates who had appeared for this exam on April 30, 2019 can visit the official website, appolycet.e-pragati.in to check their rank card.

On the basis of the AP POLYCET 2019 marks, a candidate is provided admissions to the various diploma courses. The minimum qualifying marks of AP POLYCET 2019 is 30% i.e 36 marks out of 120. Whereas, candidates belonging to Scheduled castes or Scheduled Tribes categories are going to assigned a rank, irrespective of their AP POLYCET 2019 marks. Once the result has been declared, no requests related to re-evaluation or re-checking is entertained.

AP POLYCET Rank Card

To download their AP POLYCET 2019 Rank card, a candidate needs to visit the official website and click on the “Download Rank Card” link, appearing over the main page. On clicking that link, a candidate is further asked to enter their hall ticket number and select the “Submit” option to proceed. Your AP POLYCET 2019 Result appears on the device’s screen, make sure to download it, after viewing it.

In case of two or more candidates securing equal marks/ ranks, a tie situation is resolved. Firstly, marks secured in the Mathematics section is considered, then marks secured in physics section. Further, older candidate is preferred (in terms of date of birth), to resolve the tie, in case it still persists.

Note that, the date of birth mentioned in S.S.C. Certificate of a candidate is considered to break the tie. If the date of birth of the candidates could n’t resolve the tie, his/her qualifying level exam marks are then considered. The candidate securing the higher marks is preferred. Selected candidates are further called to appear for POLYCET 2019 counselling round. A web counselling round is held for AP POLYCET 2019 selected candidates.

Such candidates are required to submit an additional fee to appear for this round. A copy of this AP POLYCET 2019 Rank card needs to be carried on the day of counselling, along with other original and scanned copies of the documents/ details. Once these documents/ details are verified, a candidate is finally allotted a seat in any of its member colleges. Candidates are not sent separate call letters to appear for this round.

Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET 2019) is a state level exam which is conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training, AP, Vijayawada. It is conducted to provide admission into Diploma level programs.
