The Police Recruitment Board Of Andhra Pradesh has invited applications for SI, RSI, Station Fire Officer, Jailor posts over its official website i.e www.slprb.ap.gov.in from today i.e November 5, 2018, onwards. Candidates can start applying for these posts if they are eligible. The last date for submitting the applications for these posts is November 24, 2018. The application process for posts like PC, Warder & Firemen is said to commence from November 12, 2018, whereas the last date for submitting the applications for these posts has been fixed as December 7, 2018.
Interested candidates can submit their AP Police Recruitment 2018 forms by filling some details and paying off the specified amount of application fee, before the last date lapses. The application fee is different for different category candidates. For posts like S.L, R.S.I., Station Fire Officer, Dy. Jailor, a candidate needs to pay Rs. 600, whereas Rs.300 for P.C., Warder, and Firemen posts needs to be paid by a General/OBC category candidate. In case of an SC/ST candidate, Rs. 300 needs to be submitted for S.L, R.S.I., Station Fire Officer, Dy. Jailor, whereas for Rs. 150 for P.C., Warder, and Firemen posts.
The Application fee can be paid Online (Credit/Debit Card/ Internet banking) or OFFLINE (Mee Seva/AP Online Centers) mODE.
While making payment of the application fee, a candidate might get confused regarding what to fill in the “SSC or Equivalent Roll No. (Hall Ticket No.)” field. Candidates are required to fill their Class 10 examination roll number, that was mentioned in their hall tickets. All those candidates who will be submitting their applications, prior to the last date will only be able to get the link to download their admit cards over their application portals.
AP Police Recruitment 2018 Selection Process involves a preliminary written test which will be conducted on December 16, 2018, for SI, RSI, Station Fire Officer, Jailor posts, whereas on January 06, 2019 for PC, Warder & Firemen posts. AP Police aims to shortlist 3137 eligible candidates for the 14 posts, which are as follows – S.I (Civil), RSI (AR), RSI APSP, Station Fire Officer, Dy. Jailor (Men), Dy. Jailor (Women), Asst. Public Prosecutors, PC (Civil), PC (AR), PC (ASAP), Warder (Male), Warder (Women), Firemen and Driver Operator.
