The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh has started the first and second year inter half-yearly examinations 2021. Students have already started appearing for the examinations from December 27, 2021. The exams will now continue till January 05, 2022. Since the examinations have already started, students are boosting up their preparation and gearing up each day to give their best. As of the latest update, the AP half-yearly exam for the Civics subject will be held tomorrow dated December 29, 2021. The Civics paper is one of the most significant subjects in the Humanities stream owing to its popularity amongst students and the vast arena of the syllabus.
The ones who will be appearing for the exam can now take a look at the syllabus from the official website. In addition to the syllabus, there are model papers that are available officially that can help them enhance their preparation.
Syllabus
The AP Inter half yearly syllabus for both 1st and 2nd years. However, the syllabus has been divided into Civics-I and Civics-II. Following is the detailed syllabus for Civics for both the classes.
Civics-I – A total of 06 chapters will be required for the half-yearly exams. These chapters are on Scope and Significance of Political Science, State, Nationalism, Law, Liberty and Equality, and Rights and Responsibilities.
Civics-II – The second paper of Civics for the 2nd year students will have 07 chapters. These chapters are The Constitution of India, Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy, Union Executive, Union Legislature, Union Judiciary, State Executive and State Legislature.
