AP Grama Sachivalayam hall ticket 2019 will be released tomorrow at 4 pm for exams scheduled on September 3 and September 4. Thereafter the grama / ward sachivalayam will issue admit card for the exams to be held from September 6 to September 8 at 4 pm on August 30. At the moment, hall ticket or admit card for the September 1 exam is available for download at gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in.
Hall ticket can be downloaded by logging in with date of birth and either OTPR ID, or application ID, or aadhar number.
AP Grama Sachivalayam recruitment 2019 entails 1,04,830 vacancies in rural posts, and 21,898 urban vacancies. With a total of 1,26,728 vacancies this is one of the biggest recruitment for government jobs in the state.
It has been officially reported that overall 21,69,814 candidates have applied for the recruitment. Highest number of applicants are in category I with 12,54,071 candidates. Second highest number of applicants are in category III with 6,26,748 number of registrations. 1,33,822 candidates have applied for category IIA, and 1,55,173 have applied for category IIB.
Although the exam pattern and syllabus for each post is different, the number of questions and marking scheme are the same. For all the posts, there will be an objective test with 150 questions of 150 marks. Marking scheme will be +1, -0.25. That is, correct answer will fetch one mark, and a quarter of mark will be deducted as negative marking for incorrect answers. Annexure II of each notification contains the examination syllabus.
After the exam, AP Grama Sachivalayam would publish answer keys on the website. Marks of each candidate shall be displayed in time.
In order to qualify the recruitment test, candidates will need to obtain minimum cut off. OCs will require 40%, BCs will need 35%, SC, ST, PH candidates will need 30%.
On Saturday, the sachivalayam released hall tickets for category I and category III digital assistant post exams. Whereas previously it was notified that hall tickets will be available only three days prior to exam, the document is being released much earlier by the sachivalayam.
Exams for panchayat secretary, mahila police, welfare and education secretary, ward administrative secretary, panchayat secretary digital assistant exam will be held on September 1. On September 3, VRO, survey assistant, ANM / ward health secretary exam are scheduled. Then village agriculture secretary, village horticulture secretary exams are on September 4.
September 6 is earmarked for village fisheries assistant, animal husbandry assistant exams. Engineering assistant, ward amenities secretary, village sericulture recruitment tests are on September 7.
The last AP Grama Sachivalayam exam date is September 8. On that day, there will be tests for ward planning and regulation secretary, ward welfare and development secretary, ward education and data processing secretary, ward sanitation and environment secretary.
