Amrita University will announce AEEE 2020 result today, on September 02, 2020. Candidates have been waiting for the result since morning. However, an official source just told AglaSem that the result will be out by 6.00 pm. The result for AEEE 2020 will be announced online, on amrita.ed. Candidates will be able to check their score and rank in it.
The University conducted AEEE as a proctored testing in 2 phases, the second phase was held for the absentees of Phase 1. The first, phase was conducted from August 17 to 20, and the Phase 2 from August 25 to 27, 2020. Candidates who will qualify the exam will get admission in the B.Tech course, at Amrita Chennai, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Kochi, and Mysore campus.
The AEEE result 2020 will be announced online at amrita.edu. To check the result candidates have to visit the website, navigate to the result link. Thereafter they have to submit the details asked to access their result.
A rank list will be prepared that will be based on the marks of AEEE 2020 as well as that of the 10+2 exam / qualifying exam. Amrita University will prepare the rank list by adding 60% of PCM marks from AEEE 2020 and 40% marks from PCM of the qualifying exams. The marks across various boards will be normalised.
Candidates who will qualify AEEE, can then proceed for online registration by paying INR 5000 for seat allotment. The allotment process will start after the publication of results in September itself. The candidates allotted seats have to also remit the tuition fee in the month of September.
On the other hand, candidates applying with JEE Main 2020 scores have to complte their application process by September 30, 2020. Semester classes will commence through the online mode from October 3rd week, 2020 as per the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) guidelines.
AEEE is conducted across the country for students who wish to pursue B.Tech in Amrita schools for Engineering. The test was postponed due to the COVID crisis and was conducted in August 2020 instead, in 2 phases and as an online proctored test.
Amrita University has 5 schools across 5 campuses which spread over Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Cochin, Bangalore, and Mysore. The university offers almost 150+ degree programs. The candidates can take admission in the streams such as Engineering, Business, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Ayurveda (ancient Indian study of medicine), Biotechnology, Arts and Sciences, Education, Communication/Journalism, and Social Work, at the UG, PG, and Doctoral levels. It became the youngest institutes to fall under deemed university when it got its status from UGC.
