Air India Airport Services Limited is inviting applications from the Indian nationals to fill the vacant posts of Deputy terminal Manager, Duty Manager, Officer and Junior Executive. The conducting body has also released an official notification advertising a total of 13 posts. Eligible and interested candidates can download the vacant advertisement from the official website, airindia.com. Registration for recruitment has already started. Candidates can apply through online mode on or before the last date that is December 28, 2020.
Applicants who are appointed under the advertised positions are posted at different stations of Air India. Those who are recruited as Deputy Terminal Manager/ Duty Manager Terminal/ Officer (HR/Administration) are posted at Chennai station. For the post of Junior Executive (HR/ Administration) / Officer Legal and IR candidates are posted at Delhi and Mumbai station. Those who are recruited as Officer (Human Resource/ Administration) are posted at Kolkata station.
All the advertised posts are primarily on a contractual basis. Those who are recruited under these posts also get monthly salary depending upon the posts they are recruited under. Candidates who are appointed as Deputy Terminal Manager/ Officer Legal get the salary of Rs. 60,000/-. For the post of Junior Executive, they get Rs. 25,300, Officer (HR) gets Rs. 41,000/- and Duty Manager gets Rs. 45,000/-.
Before applying for the Air India recruitment, candidates must have the relevant educational qualification. To apply for the Deputy Terminal Manager post, candidates must have graduation degree under 10+2+3 pattern with a minimum of 18 years of work experience. Those who wish to apply for Duty Manager post should have graduation degree under 10+2+3 pattern with 16 years of experience. Candidates who have completed their MBA in HR or Personnel Management Course and possess 04 years of work experience can apply for Officer (HR/ Administration).
To apply for Officer Legal and IR, applicants should have a graduation degree in Law. They should have a minimum of 15 years of work experience. Those who wish to apply for Junior Executive (HR/ Administration) should have an MBA in HR or Personnel Manager with 01-year experience in HR/ Administration. Candidates with a graduation degree and 05 years of work experience can also apply for a Junior Executive (HR/ Administration) post.
