AIBE 2021 Last Minute Instructions

Bar Council of India (BCI) is all set to conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 2021 tomorrow, October 31, 2021. Admit cards for the same have already been released on the official website allindiabarexamination.com. Therefore, candidates who are going to appear for the exam tomorrow have only a few hours left to print a copy of their hall tickets. The law-based entrance exam is going to be held in the conventional, pen-and-paper format across the country.

Considering its significance and importance, candidates are advised to maintain the decorum of the exam by following a proper dress code and other rules specified by the BCI. Here’s an overview of the dress code to be followed and other details that candidates must note.

AIBE 2021 Dress Code to be Followed

BCI has uploaded the link of a YouTube video on its official portal allindiabarexamination.com to explain the dress code which needs to be followed on exam day. As per the video, authorities have not specified any formal dress code as such. Hence, candidates have the freedom to wear either informal or formal clothes to the exam, provided they are comfortable. Since AIBE 2021 is a 3.5-hour long exam, candidates should wear something light and comfortable. However, the outfit must be appropriate enough for a school or college. Hence, party outfits, shorts, dungaree should not be worn.

AIBE 2021 Bare Acts Relaxation

This year, candidates have been facing issues in finding Bare Acts in the market without any comments or short notes. Having acknowledged this, BCI had decided to implement a “bare acts relaxation” during AIBE 2021 examination. Accordingly, candidates will be allowed to use bare acts containing short notes or comments during the exam. Such books are readily available in the market without any time-consuming searching spree. This relaxation was introduced after the council received multiple requests from students across the country.

AIBE 2021 Last-Minute Strategies to Ace Exam

With less than 24 hours left for the AIBE 2021 examination, here are some last-minute tips to follow to ace the entrance exam –

Tip 1: Keep a cool and calm composure before and throughout the exam.

Tip 2: Revise the index of bare Acts as some important concept-based questions may be asked from this section.

Tip 3: BCI Rules or Rules on Professional Standards (4 marks), Company law (2 marks), Environmental Law (2 marks), Cyberlaw (2 marks) etc can be revised at the last moment to crack them easily during the exam.

Tip 4: To boost confidence, revise the short portions of the syllabus rather than the lengthy aspects. Revising shorter aspects can help solve the paper faster and dedicate more time to trickier questions.
