The All India Bar Examination 2019 (AIBE-2019) admit card will be released on December 19, 2018. Bar Council of India, the conducting body for the open book examination will release the AIBE 2019 Admit Card in online mode. The official website of All India Bar Examination – allindiabarexamination.com will release a notification confirming the availability of the Admit Card. AIBE 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on December 23, 2018.
To download the admit card, the candidate has to visit the official website allindiabarexamination.com, and log in using their credentials. The AIBE 2019 Admit Card will be accessible in the candidates login. Once the candidates click on the Admit Card option, they have to enter the credentials such as the Bar Enrollment Number and the Date of Birth. Upon submitting, the admit card will be shown. Candidates must make sure that they take at least 2 printouts of the admit card.
Details mentioned on the Admit card for AIBE 13 2019 include name of the Candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Timing, Date of Birth, Exam Centre Name, Rol Number of the Candidate, Application Number, and course name. Once the admit card is shown to the applicants, they must ensure to check these details on the Admit Card.
AIBE 2019 Exam Pattern
AIBE 2019 Exam is an offline, pen and paper exam conducted for a time duration of 3 Hrs and 30 mins. The exam is of 100 marks and to qualify AIBE 2019, candidates have to get at least 40% marks in the exam. There will be two sections (Part 1 and Part 2) in the question paper. All the questions asked in the AIBE 2019 exam will be Multiple Choice Question type. Also, the exam will be conducted in Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
The Bar Council of India conducts the AIBE exam every year for the law graduates wanting to practice law in India. The exam contains questions from AIBE 2019 Syllabus. The exam is conducted as an open book exam and candidates can take along their preparatory material, books, etc on the exam day. However, candidates are not allowed to bring mobile phones, laptops, pagers and any device equipped with a radio transceiver.
Advocates qualifying the AIBE exam will get the “Certificate of Practice” which entitles them to practice law in India. The candidates who have attained their degree after 2009-2010 have to appear for the AIBE exam. AIBE 2019 Exam is going to be conducted on December 23, 2018.
