Airports Authority of India (AAI) is inviting online applications through the official website to fill up 368 vacancies for Manager and Junior Executive posts. AAI has published a detailed advertisement in this regard at the official website i.e. aai.aero. The online application process is scheduled to commence on December 15, 2020. The last date to apply online for this recruitment is January 14, 2021. AAI will conduct online selection tests for shortlisting of eligible applicants. The date of the online exam is deemed to be announced on the aforementioned website in due course of time.
As per the detailed advertisement, the 368 vacancies are bifurcated across various types of Manager and Junior Executive posts. 11 vacancies are available for the post of Manager (Fire Services) while there are 02 vacancies for the post of Manager (Technical). 264 vacancies are available for the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Controller). In addition, 83 vacancies are available for the post of Junior Executive (Airport Operations) and 08 vacancies are also available for the post of Junior Executive (Technical).
The post-wise detailed eligibility conditions are also indicated in the detailed advertisement of AAI Recruitment 2020 for Junior Executive and Manager posts. Candidates within the maximum age of 32 years can apply for the post of Manager while candidates within the maximum age of 27 years can apply for the post of Junior Executive.
A B.E. or B.Tech degree in relevant discipline is required in order to apply for the post of Manager. In addition, 05 years of experience in a relevant field is also required. Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics or B.Tech with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in any semester can apply for the post of Junior Executive (ATC). B.Tech holders of simple Graduates who have completed 2 years MBA can apply for the post of Junior Executive (Airport Operations). Similarly, for the post of Junior Executive (Technical), B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile is necessary. No experience is essential for Junior Executive posts.
AAI will issue admit cards to eligible candidates in due course of time to conduct the online selection test. Admit cards will be sent to registered email ID only. Those who qualify the test will be called for further shortlisting through interview and document verification and/or other physical tests and skills tests as applicable for the post.
