West Bengal Public Service Commission has recently released the result for PSC, West Bengal Supervisor (Female only) of ICDS, 2019. The result for WBPSC Supervisor (Female only) of ICDS (Advt 08/2019) can only be checked online. To check the result, candidates have to first visit the official website of West Bengal Public Service Commission, pscwbapplciation.in. Reaching the official website of the conducting body, applicants have to search for the list of candidates selected for the written exam on supervisor prelims exam. Applicants are allowed to appear for the mains written examination on the basis of the preliminary examination. The ICDS (Mains) Examination is a conventional type examination. This means that candidates have to answer essay type questions. The mains examination carries a total of 400 marks. There will be a total of 04 subjects – English, Bengali/Hindi/Urdu/Nepali/Santali (Class XII Standard), General Studies & Current Affairs and Arithmetic. Questions from Arithmetic and General Studies & Current Affairs are based on the questions asked in 10th standard and the rest two are based on the questions asked in 12th standard. Time duration of each paper is 90 minutes. Mode of answering the Paper III and Paper IV is bilingual, which is English and Bengali language.
As per ICDS Supervisor notification pdf, Public Service Commission West Bengal has released 2954 vacancies. Candidates who are selected for the advertised post receives a monthly salary of (PB-3) Rs.7,100/- to 37,600/- plus grade pay of Rs. 3,600/-. The final merit list for the post is prepared based on the main examination and interview round marks. Aspirants who wish to join the Supervisor (female only) ICDS post must appear for the prelims, mains and interview round. The prelims exam is conducted for 100 marks, mains exam is conducted for 400 marks and the viva voce is organized for 50 marks.
