West Bengal Police (WBP) has released the admit cards for the WBP Constable and Lady Constable 2020 preliminary exam today, September 06, 2021. Candidates who have registered for the recruitment exam are instructed to download their admit cards from the official website wbpolice.gov.in. As of now, the preliminary exam is scheduled to be held on September 26, 2021, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. By qualifying the preliminary stage, aspirants will be shortlisted for the remaining recruitment formalities.
Registered candidates have also been notified via SMS alert on their mobile number when the admit cards are issued. They can download their WBP Constable Recruitment 2021 admit cards using the steps given below –
Step 1: Visit the official website of WBP i.e., wbpolice.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the ‘Recruitment’ section. By doing so, a list of notices will be displayed on the screen.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Get Details’ option next to the ‘Download e-Admit Cards’ description.
Step 4: A new page will open asking for the login credentials. Enter the Application Sl Number and Date of Birth to access the admit cards.
Step 5: Download or take a printout of the admit cards as soon as possible rather than waiting for the day.
WBP authorities recently released a public notice announcing the preliminary exam details. Apart from informing about the admit card release, the notice states that the WBP Constable Recruitment 2021 prelims shall be held on September 26, 2021. On the day of the WBP Constable Recruitment 2021 preliminary exam, candidates will have to produce a printout of their e-admit card along with a proof of entry. Only after showing these documents will a candidate be allowed to enter the exam centre premises.
Aspirants are instructed to follow a proper dress code, avoiding sports shoes, sneakers, or any uncomfortable footwear on the exam day. In case such footwear is found, the candidate will not be allowed entry into the exam hall. Flat footwear or slippers without any beads or accessories will be ideal while appearing for the exam.
The WBP Constable Recruitment 2021 admit card will also contain certain important details. Candidates are required to read and abide by these instructions carefully at the time of exam.
