The Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) was expected to release the CUHP Admit Card 2021 for the PG programme on September 05, 2021. The entrance exam for the same was scheduled for September 11, 2021. However, the University announced the extension in the application form dates.
As per the latest update, the last date to fill the application form has been extended to September 13, 2021. This implies that the entrance exam that was earlier supposed to be held on September 11 now stands deferred. The University will announce the new exam date along with the admit card releasing date soon on the official website.
The CUHP HPKVSPP entrance exam for PG programmes comprises questions on the basis of the discipline that the candidate has pursued in Graduation. The test will have four sections as mentioned in the official brochure and it will be conducted in offline mode. For each correct answer, the candidate will get 1 mark while there will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
The selection of the candidates in their preferred PG programme will be on the basis of the marks scored by them in the entrance exam. The University will prepare a merit list by keeping the candidate’s marks in descending order. The candidates who will be successful in the entrance exam will be called for the counselling round. Post this, they will be allotted participant colleges on the basis of seat availability.
The candidates who have filled the CUHP HPKVSPP application form and are willing to download the admit card need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of CUHP, cuhimachal.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, find the CUHP Admit Card 2021 link and click on the same
Step 3: Next, enter the registered email id and password as mentioned on the application form and click on login.
Step 4: The candidate’s admit card will appear on the next page, the candidates can cross-check the same and then save a copy for future reference.
The candidates need to cross verify the details available on the CUHP Admit Card 2021 for any error, misspelt word, wrong spelling etc. In case of any possible error, they need to contact the concerned authorities for the rectification of the same. After going through the candidate’s request the university will release the fresh admit card with correct details.
