WBCSC Declares WB SET Result 2018; Check At wbcsconline.in

WB SET Result 2018 Aglasem

West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) has released the WB SET Result 2018 on March 01, 2019. The result has been declared at the official website i.e. wbcsconline.in. The result has been declared for the WB SET 2018 examination which was conducted on December 02, 2018. For checking the result candidates have to provide the login credentials such as user name and password on the result login page.

After checking the result candidates must take the print out of it for future reference. The result is based on the performance of the candidates in both the papers of SET in aggregate. The candidates who have qualified the test for eligibility for Assistant Professor will be considered for the further process of the recruitment and will be finally recruited to the post of Assistant Professor of the Universities/Colleges of West Bengal.

Top 6% of the appearing candidates who have appeared in both exam and who scored a minimum 40% aggregate marks (35% aggregate marks for reserved categories and Transgender) has been declared as qualified. The result is containing the qualified candidate’s name and roll number etc.

The examination was conducted in 22 districts of India namely Kolkata, Jhargam, South 24 Pgs, Murshidabad, Howrah, Bankura, Hooghly, Purulia, North 24 Pargana, Malda, Nadia, Uttar Dinajpur, Burdwan, Siliguri, Asansol, Alipurduar, Birbhum, Coochbehar, Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, South 24 Pargana and Darjeeling. In the WB SET 2018 written examination was consist of two paper i.e Paper I and Paper II. In the paper I and II total 50 and 100 objective type question respectively. In Paper II 22 subjects was there and the candidates had to opt any one subject.

The WB SET Admit Card 2018 for written examination was released by the board. The admit card has been released on November 05, 2019 at the official website. Admit Card was issued for those candidates who have submitted the WB SET 2018 application form on time.
