Today is the second day of the VITEEE 2021 exam, being organized by the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). The entrance exam is being conducted as a home-based proctored test in different slots.
Officially, question paper and answer key for the exam will not be made available. Nevertheless, to help aspirants appearing in next slots, subject matter experts are compiling the question paper and answers based on memory recall day wise, slot wise.
As per preliminary analysis of the paper, the toughness has been compared to JEE Mains by subject matter experts. Questions in different slots are not repeated.
The questions asked in the recently held slots were related to carbamate, metal ion present in hemoglobin, alpha decay, abelian group, cyclic group, etc.

VIT has also rescheduled the exam for May 29, 2021, slot 2B due to technical errors faced by the examinees. The exam has been rescheduled for tomorrow, i.e on May 30, 2021, at 11 AM. The official announcement has been made by VIT university online at vit.ac.in. Candidates also received emails and text messages from the University regarding postponement of the May 29 slot 2b exam.
VITEEE is being held as an online remote proctored examination for the first time. Candidates can attempt for the entrance exam as per their schedule by logging in with their email Id and password, at codetantra.com. Before attempting the test, candidates also need to upload their photo Id proof. The entrance exam is to be attempted only once. Multiple attempts shall result in the disqualification of candidature.
During the exam, candidates should not talk to anyone; they should not use any kind of external device like Bluetooth. Moreover, the aspirants should not try to record the screen or screenshots and should not try to switch applications or tabs in the browser during the test. Students facing issues in taking the test need to use SOS option to contact the proctor and inform the issue.
The last exam of VITEEE is on May 31, 2021. It is expected that the result for the exam will be out in the 1st week of June 2021.
