Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University will start VITEEE 2021 slot booking will from May 17, 2021, and the candidates will be able to book slot until May 21, 2021. The candidates who have complete the registrations for the exam can only book the exam slots. The slot booking for VITEEE will start at VIT OTBS, on the official website vit.ac.in. This year, VITEEE 2021 shall be held as Online Remote Proctored Examination (ORPE). The exam dates are 28, 29 and 31 May 2021.
Apart from this, VIT shall also be conducting two mock tests for VITEEE 2021. It is mandatory for the candidates to attend both the mocks. Even to appear for the mock test, candidates need to book slot. The booked slot will be same and applicable to both the mock exams and the actual VITEEE 2021 exam.
Mock test 1 will be held on 20, 21, 22, May 2021, whereas, the dates for Mock test 2 are 24, 25, 26 May 2021. Only the candidates who will appear for the exam can book the slot as the image will be captured at the time of VIT slot booking.
There will be 4 slots each day of the mock tests and the actual exam. The login time for each slot is 08:30 am, 11:00 am, 01:30 pm, and 04:00 pm. The candidates have to choose which day and which login time on the chosen day are suitable for them. Aspirants have to appear for Mock Test 1, Mock Test 2 and the actual VITEEE 2021 exam on the chose slot only.
For example, if 08:30 am is selected, 08:30 am will be booked for the candidate as the first slot for Mock 1, Mock 2, and Actual test.
The slots for Mock test 1, 2, and the actual exams are are – slot 1 – 08:30 am, slot 2 – 11:00 am, slot 3 – 01:30 pm, and slot 4 – 04:00 pm. Each slot is of 2 hours, of it 30 minutes will be for pretest checking and 90 minutes for the actual test.
E-Admit card will be generated on successful booking of the slot. Hence, VITEEE slot booking is mandatory. If the applicant fails to book the slot, then the slot will be booked automatically and e-admit card will be sent to the applicants by email with an alert as SMS. Both hard and soft copy of the -admit card will be needed with valid government ID proof in original at the time of VITEEE for verification purposes.

There will be 25 questions each from Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry in VITEEE 2021. Also, there will be 2 questions from English and 3 questions from Aptitude i.e. total of 80 questions are to be answered in 90 minutes. VITEEE is VIT’s entrance exam for admission to B.Tech program in VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT AP, and VIT Bhopal.
