The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has successfully conducted the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test or UTET 2021 today. The examination was conducted in a pen and paper-based mode across selected examination centres in the country. UPTET 2021 has two papers. Paper I is for those candidates who intend to teach classes 1 to 5 while Paper II is for those who desire to teach classes 6 to 8.
UTET Answer Key 2021
With the completion of the examination, several coaching centres and subject experts have come up with the answer keys and posted them on online platforms like YouTube. These answer keys, although unofficial, can help candidates in calculating a tentative score in the UTET 2021 examination. To get access to the answer keys, candidates have to type ‘UTET 2021 answer key’ and go through the videos that appear thereafter. The total marks allotted to both papers of UTET 2021 is 150. For every correct answer, 01 mark will be given but there will be no negative marking for the incorrect ones. Using this marking scheme, candidates will be able to calculate the tentative scores. Given below are the direct links to the UTET 2021 answer keys.
UTET 2021 Result Date
The official date for announcing the UTET 2021 results has not been announced. As per the information brochure available on ukutet.com, the results will be displayed on the same website and information about it will be circulated through the newspapers. Candidates will also be issued the certificate cum mark sheet via registered post.
Earlier when the examination was conducted on March 24, 2021, the results for UTET 2021 were released on April 30, 2021. In 2019, the UTET examination was held on November 06, 2019 and the results were announced on January 10, 2020. Thus, we can see that the results for UTET are usually released within two months from the examination. In that case, the results for UTET 2021 can be expected by January 30, 2022.
There is a certain qualifying mark that candidates have to obtain to qualify for UTET 2021. Candidates belonging to the General category must obtain 60% marks but that for SC and ST candidates is 40%. On the other hand, the qualifying marks for OBC, PWD, Freedom Fighters and Formers Soldiers is 50%. At this point, candidates must wait for the official answer keys to be released at ukutet.com.
