The Union Public Service Commission has released the complete time table for all of the papers of Indian Forest Service 2020 Mains. The time table is available at the official UPSC website i.e. upsc.gov.in. Those who qualified in the Prelims of the IFS 2020 exam can appear in the Mains. The six paper descriptive type exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 28, 2021, and March 02 to 07, 2021 in different centres across the country. Candidates may note that the exam is conducted in two shifts on each of the aforementioned dates.
The snapshot of the time table available at the UPSC website is provided below for the convenience of readers. UPSC will conduct the exam in two shifts on each exam day i.e. 09.00 AM to 12.00 PM in the forenoon shift and 02.00 PM to 05.00 PM in the afternoon shift. Along with the respective subject codes, candidates can check the schedule of the exam for each of the papers in the time table.
On the first exam day, i.e. February 28, 2021, the paper for General English is to be conducted in the first shift while the paper for General Knowledge is to be conducted in the second shift. On the second exam day i.e. March 02, 2021, the papers for Mathematics – I and Statistics – I are scheduled to be conducted in the first shift while the second shift will host Mathematics – II and Statistics – II papers.
Similarly, on the third day, i.e. on March 03, 2021, the papers for Physics – I and Zoology – I are to be conducted in the first shift while the papers for Physics – II and Zoology – II are to be conducted in the second shift. UPSC will conduct the papers for Chemistry – I and Geology – I on the first shift if the fourth day i.e. March 04, 2021. Likewise, in the second shift, the papers for Chemistry – II and Geology – II are to be held.
On the fifth day i.e. March 05, 2021, the papers for Agriculture – I/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science – I are to be conducted in the first half. Likewise, in the second shift, the papers for Agriculture – II/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science – II are to be conducted. Forestry paper is scheduled to be conducted in two shifts (Forestry – I & Forestry – II) on March 06, 2021.
On the last day, i.e. March 07, 2021, the papers for Agricultural Engineering – I/Civil Engineering – I/Chemical Engineering – I/Mechanical Engineering – I/Botany – I are to be held in the first shift. Similarly in the second shift, Paper-II of the aforementioned subjects are to be held.
